This much is possible
it is also possible to add my very cool new music bot i made for my NEA (it does recommendations, i know very cool)
-
Does it work if you try it from telnet yourself?
-
Congrats, good luck with this

Approved, kind of a no-brainer since resignations and their implications have changed significantly as Steven put. I'll also add an option of a ragequit type resignation so that the two are still treated differently.

Updated in accordance with this suggestion:

A decision on this has been reached. It has been concluded that he has served enough of a punishment in addition to getting his positions as a discord moderator and an executive removed. Darth will be hereby reinstated as a senior admin with a probation period of 1 month.

@James#15784 yes

Starting next month we will be restarting activity checks. I’ll quote ryan here
QuoteIf it means we have a shortage of admins so be it, but we have a lot of admins who I don't see active in game and seem to just sit around... If admins can't do a couple of hours a month, then their value to the server honestly is limited.
The first removal will be June 1st. The required activity will remain how it was before; 6 hours in the last 30 days on the first of the month.

@fleshly#15761 This thread is for mistakes.

Congratulations!

@Shdwo#15454 It is possible using the MessageType object.
The relevant JDA documentation can be found here
In case you're interested the python documentation for the same object is hereit looks like it might not be possible on discord.py actually. JDA seems to support it though.Scrap all of that it's possible lol see Steven's reply.

It should already appear in the tags on the far right

The main problem with this is that we have limited developer time to spend currently and I feel like that time is better spent on things more urgent than making TFM more appealing to potential server owners (which is an extremely small demographic). Not saying it isn't a good idea to consider, but it's very low on a long list of priorities.

I object, while this is a cool feature to have it is far from essential and unnecessarily spams the audit logs making it nearly impossible to find anything you’re looking for in there.

Can we please stop assuming any ban Seth did without a request had no basis and vouching based on that assumption? I'm glad the thread is heading in the right direction now but the initial couple of votes were based purely on that assumption which is a dangerous mindset to have.
That being said, I'll vouch because a significant amount of time has passed.

@StevenNL2000#14853 Which means instead of removing perms we can just make it so they don't respond in those channels
