    I have to acknowledge you are more aware of the current situation than I am, but I am basing this on my (fair share of) experience with the server and what it means to have a power hierarchy.

    You would never see a police force with 10 chiefs and 3 constables, it doesn't make sense. Generally, those with more experience and power are fewer, and their job is to oversee and manage those below them.

    If I were to pick an ideal ratio arbitrarily, I'd go for something like 1:5. Having more Senior Admins than Admins makes the role redundant IMO, and I feel it exacerbates the historical issue the server has had with titles and power, though I give you the benefit of the doubt that it is not as big of an issue.

    Object, I think this server has a problem with titles and power. With what senior admins are intended to be for, there should only be a handful of seniors and a lot of admins.

    Currently, the opposite is true. Personally, I would go as far as to suggest that senior admin promotions should be limited for every window, and this amount is changed depending on the demand for more senior admins.

  • [TOS] Age-Usage Enforcement (Suggestions)

    I said this before, I think it’s really simple. It’s discords job to enforce their ToS. We are extended some of that responsibility but going to lengths that even discord doesn’t bother going to to check people’s age is illogical.


    The way I see it, we assume everyone is of age (since they have a discord account). If they then admit to being underage at any point, we can ban them subject to appeal after however long it would take for them to be of age. For example, someone admits to being 10 years old, they’re banned and can appeal after 3 years. This appeal shouldn’t require any kind of actual proof, since our whole premise is that everyone is 13 until something suggests otherwise, as far as we are concerned, they will have turned 13 after the 3 years.


    This lifts any concern of us not doing our part to enforce the ToS while not giving us unnecessary headaches.

    Object. I’ve come to learn that people don’t change and when they do it’s blindingly obvious. Just last week I banned you for straight up harassment and if this indicates anything it’s that your immaturity is still as blatant as it ever was.

  • Unban Noah from the Discord without submitting proof of his age

    I think it’s ridiculous that we care so much about peoples age.. This is a fucking minecraft server the only reason we apply the age rule is because of Discord’a ToS, I frankly couldn’t give a shit if someone is 11 years old as long as they don’t tell us. Then like ↩  erin was saying ban them for 2 years or whatever depending on the age they claimed to be then unban them.
    As far as I’m concerned, we’ve done our part to enforce discord’s ToS at that point, to go to such lengths to do discord’s job for them is laughable.
