In my opinion, fair use cannot be applied here. Speeding up something isn't significant enough to make it respect copyright laws suddenly.

While this is a gray area. (Considering it breaks Discord Community Guideline #17, therefore breaking rule 1a in the discord.), it doesn't seem fair for us to push double standards on people. Multiple people have previous posted or streamed content in the same manner that breaks the ToS, and yet they are still allowed in the discord. I'd like to see an input from some of the Discord mods before I pass a vote however.
