I appreciate the effort of this appeal, however, it has been a pretty short time since your ban. I would wait some time before appealing again.
Additionally, joining a server and causing harm is not appropriate. A punishment should obviously be given out and I do not feel it has been long enough.

Spawn eggs with modifications should obviously not be allowed due to the many crash methods. However, normal creative obtained eggs should still function.

Instead of giving a book, I feel it would be more intuitive to open a book to the player with the rules. This would definitely be more intuitive when compared to multiple lists of rules in chat.
