Imo even a warning is too much here, he's actually breaking no forum rules at all.
I hate to pull this one but many admins (most of which are now ex-admins)have done this with no punishment, and it's because there are no forum rules against it. In fact I made a suggestion regarding this that got deleted due to certain events. So therefore unless there is a rule I'm missing here, he's not broken any.

So //chunk selects the chunk you are in, to which you can then run //set block_name and make crash chunks.
However, I would like to know what else the command is used for, because last time it was suggested to be banned it got denied I believe.
If there is nothing good about the command, I suggest for it to be banned. We've had a huge increase in crash chunks recently.
