Every single mistake I have done during my time as admin, I have faced straight forward. Even the one where I reloaded Essentials.

I have faced things like mocking and such straightforward. Even when you attempted to permban me, I stood my ground and didn't just quit. I've dealt with it like this for a long time.

I understand that I may have trouble facing tough situations, but I've held out this long against it. The treatment I received on July 4th was the breaking point.

On July 4th, I made a silly mistake. I thought I was smart and ran /plc reload Essentials when Video said Essentials was spamming errors into console. In the past, we've used plc to reload plugins and it's worked. However, during my time as admin, we never ran it on Essentials. After I ran the command, Essentials stopped functioning and the player experience was severely damaged; pretty much everything from nicknames to spawning mobs was broken. The server restarted, and everything was good.

The mistake wasn't what made me rage quit. It's the events that happened after. After the mistake happened, certain people of high rank proceeded to make fun of me. They mocked me, posted my mistake everywhere, almost as if they were attempting to expose me. This wasn't the first time I had received this behaviour. This was a repeated behaviour of theirs towards me - and I wasn't the only one who noticed it. I was messaging Senior Admin Luke as the harassment was happening because it was leading my mind to go all over the place. I spoke with him and proceeded to leave the discord server as I was feeling overwhelmed.

Since the mistake, I have had help from people to deal with the events that happened after and I have spoke with those that made fun of me in the Discord. They have apologised. I have also apologised to Senior Admin Video for my actions as I caused him to stress at the time. As for any scenarios where I may feel overwhelmed in the future, I will use calming methods and stay away from in-game for a short while until I am ready to go back on and administrate.

Hey everyone.

I would like to apologise for all the flaws and issues we faced in tonight's event. I am not the one to usually make these kind of threads, but I feel that today it's important to make one, especially as the event wasn't too successful.

I would like to start off by apologising for how the start of the event happened. Although we did successfully set off the big reveal of the server, I did not look further into factors such as the config of the plugins we would use - such as bedwars. Additionally, the Anti-Cheat plugin we used harmed the playing experience. These issues were my fault, I should have looked into these plugins more on my own server before asking them to be put on the events server.

Secondly, I would like to apologise for the experience and view everyone got. I know a lot of you loved the event, but near the middle of the event a lot of things changed randomly which messed it up. I accept responsibility for these issues.

I know how much you guys wanted to play the event. I just didn't execute it properly. I didn't do it well. Even though a lot of you did enjoy it, I know the experience wasn't great for a first impression.

Admins currently need 6 hours of activity time a month to maintain status. I believe that this should change to a higher number, potentially 13 hours.

13 hours a month would mean the following:
3.25 hours a week
46 minutes a day

Here’s how it’s done in the UK.

Firstly, we get the temperature, humidity, pressure and wind speed information. We then feed it into very powerful supercomputers and process the data to predict the weather.

Your total playtime on Freedom-01 is around 2hrs and 20 minutes on Plan (a server analytics page). This is not enough as admins need a minimum of 6 hours a month to maintain admin status.

Maybe be a bit more active and then admins may notice you and can recommend you.
