SMP has been reopened today.

We're keeping it open till something else goes onto events-02.

As an Event Host I honestly feel like this isn’t needed. Event Host is one of the few ranks/titles/roles that does not have an indicator on the forum (another I can think of is Discord Mod).

However, I would like to hear other people’s thoughts before voting.

Instead of adding vaults, is it possible to enlarge the ender chest that’s given?

Typing things like 'AHAHAHHAHHAHAH' gets your message removed and you given a warning for 'duplicated text'. It's not even a big issue to have some laughter in chat, I don't see why the bot hates it so much.

If we've added this due to recent events, then set it instead so it prevents people pinging 5+ people in one message.

The events-02 server is now open for this test event! As there were little to few suggestions coming through I've left it completely vanilla based.

Will this be checked by Ryan? Months back when I and a few others raised up the idea of a new logo, Ryan mentioned how it wouldn’t change as it wasn’t so urgent, or something along those lines.

In the chance that the Events-02 server isn't used for anything this weekend, I'd like to setup an SMP 'test' event which will run a few days. The purpose of these test events is to gain community feedback on potential event ideas.

I don't know much about this Minecraft gamemode, so I need the community's suggestions and feedback. Please leave any plugin suggestions below as well as any ideas. If you suggest a plugin, please mention what the purpose of the plugin is.

I personally prefer Rhymix’s logo design. The colour of the text in yours makes it very hard to read.

This is my personal preference here but I think the IP without 'click to copy' next to it looks better, with it still being copiable. Others may disagree, though.

Should this thread be closed then as it's already got a similar ticket open for it?

During Discord's outage today, I believe TFM was the plugin throwing out errors after every single message sent by players in-game, as well as from the use of the 'csay' command in Telnet.

This suggestion is for Seniors to be able to disable the Discord integration during times like this, because it is so painful to read Telnet and I'm sure the server logs are full of errors right now (I could be wrong, I haven't checked it).

Thoughts?

Okay I'm all for a new logo but not something like this... ideally something that represents parts of our server in a nicer way.

If we get a new logo it should come with something big like the new website design.

It was a ‘test’ really, the event was coming to a close and I wanted to try out something different, something that may or may not work. I just wanted to see what would happen if people could take what they want and use what they want to survive, instead of having a strictly set kit.

I already understand all of the faults from today’s event. However, our gap in events recently needed to be filled and I’m sorry we could not perform as good as we usually do.

I would like to address something else though, the original plan for this event was to be MiniSMP based, to which we would have usually asked the MB team to build for. However, our team was instructed not to give the MB team any tasks as they had a long to-do list already. Furthermore, we built up from square’s original running of the event, which was a simple setup. We just had crackshot as an extra plugin.

For future events, I will ensure that thorough testing and review takes place beforehand.

Thanks to everyone who came! I know things weren't perfect but I hope all that came enjoyed it!
