This.
I tried quite hard for Events and was even the only person hosting them for quite a long time as you all know, but it's so hard to host them when after the event every move made in it is criticised by the people playing (and usually people who didn't, too).

Given that other victims of this user's actions have decided to comment, I am comfortable with sharing my thoughts on the matter.
When you started out in the community, I genuinely had respect for you. You were an old TF member to me, someone who I could relate to as they were in TF in the past and actually knew me. However, you did a lot to ruin my reputation in this community through the form of bullying. You referred to me as having a 'god-complex' in my application, and took situations involving me out of context to paint me as a bad individual. Furthermore, you singled me out in the admin team and when I complained about it you said the admin team was 'all jokes' (which may have been the case in the past, but wasn't how it was at the time). It didn't help when you reached Senior Admin either - it actually made it worse. After your first suspension, you apologised to me and I finally thought it was over, but it wasn't.
When I made mistakes, you often took the mick out of me, publicly. The most recent example I can remember is me accidentally reloading Essentials, then quietly leaving the Discord server. You proceeded to make a big deal about how I "rage-quit" the server, too. You resigned after I didn't accept your apology as it felt like history was repeating itself. In the days following you were banned from the various platforms. However what sealed it all for me was this accusation you made about me:
https://media.discordapp.net/a…31425641914388/image0.pngWhilst yes, this may have been a joke, it's surely not funny. I never deserved your harassment, I don't know why you did it but you ruined a good few months of my time here. In the event that you reinstate, you'll still be suspended for what you put me through.
Object.

And instead you've earned everyone's disrespect.
QuoteOkay, that still doesn't excuse your attempt at attention seeking.
Edit:
I object. I've known how Aqua's behaved whilst he's been in our Discord Server. I've got a few recollections of what he's done in the past. Some of the victims of his actions are no longer active in TF for other reasons, but I do recall back in 2020 Aqua being banned from our Discord Server for his actions. An example was him saying "Get away from [Person 1], they're mine".During his time on the Discord, Aqua frequently asked users, specifically female users, about why they were uncomfortable with swearing, why they were uncomfortable with VC, and then judged them for it by talking about how it's easy or so on and so forth.
QuoteThis is inaccurate. Aqua's been banned for this behaviour before and I feel that he is still yet to learn from his mistakes.

The way you've been speaking about it, I don't see why people wouldn't think this is an attempt at a monopoly of yours.
From your messages a few days back in chat, you stated what I stated above:
Quote↩ @'wxtermelon' It appears that although the management is meant to have ‘equal power’ the final control lays with matscalle. As well as this, if he is ousted as the owner of the discord server for the union, he still keeps his power as owner of a guild. His guild cannot be removed either as his guild owns the base.

So that means if guilds join your union they’ll have to change their rules to yours? That can cause a lot of issues.
I know how important guilds are to this community even if they’re just for roleplay. Guild members form a large part of our playerbase, too. I highly recommend not joining this new union created by matscalle - it appears that although the management is meant to have ‘equal power’ the final control lays with matscalle. As well as this, if he is ousted as the owner of the discord server for the union, he still keeps his power as owner of a guild. His guild cannot be removed either as his guild owns the base.
For matscalle, the union is a case of preventing guild wars etc but on a more serious level, as in he takes the roleplay very seriously. For Tails and the others that were involved in the TFGU, a union is partially like how matscalle sees it, but also is just a hub for the guilds community of TF.
The TFGU was a success when it was released - even the EAO at the time and Ryan joined it in support. I may look into reviving it with other guild leaders. This may take some time, though.

A good approach to this suggestion could be a linktr.ee style setup on a page, such as totalfreedom.me/links.
If the suggestion is for individual social media links then Telesphoreo’s approach is good.

↩ @'anemone' No, he’s trying to stop a stick being up his ass for something other people do…

↩ @'r00t' how do we know an owner won’t refuse to relinquish control over the server
Trust.
If this is meant to be a union, I’d expect there to be trust amongst the leaders. It worked in the past and it can work now.

Not sure if this is the real reason why we even had a guild union, to be honest.
The TFGU was a union for guilds formed by UnderTails. There was a discord server owner, but all of the server admins, guild leaders and the server owner were equal in terms of power and authority. I was one of the discord server admins. Although we had the support of Ryan and many Freedom server admins, a few unnamed individuals, unfortunately, ruined the TFGU by making it under their authority only and it took a while for things to fall into our hands. The server is currently inactive and reviving it might be a challenge but it's something I'd like to see.
If the TFGU is to return, I suggest the same approach that UnderTails took with an additional measure - the changeover of the Discord Guild owner every few months to another guild leader or server admin. You could form some kind of constitution for this union. The union was a democracy from the beginning and I hope if it comes back it reflects UnderTails' dream.

A lot of your suggestions tend to have this thought process of ‘I played this game and it has a multiplayer mode. TotalFreedom should make a server here’ without considering key aspects such as the potential playerbase and the interest in the game.
I’m not sure how Rust works - all I know is that it is $40. Please detail what it is and why you think it’ll help TotalFreedom.

There’s also the appointment of Coco to ECD, Red to EMM, Lyicx to ECM, Tizz to EMM, Lyicx resigning.

Honestly speaking, if Dragon actually took things a bit more seriously he'd probably not be suspended right now. He's been told off in the past for his jokes and overstepping. For example, whilst his senior application was open a few months back, he joke banned an OP. Whilst yes, the OP didn't mind, the rank of senior admin is something serious. Executive is a level up from that. As an ECD you clearly did do more than other ECDs in the past, but I feel that you should take a better approach to jokes next time.
