For those who don't wish to read into the situation, It's something I was personally involved in. At the time of UYScutix, Panther, Savnith, and Myself. We have been doing everything to get rid of the corrupted Staff Members and The Developer marcoo since we hoped that something positive can come out of it.
The violations are simple; DDOS Attacks on the Server, DeathBots, Raids, DOX, Disrespect, Bypass, Staff Impersonation (Access to Staff Tools Illegally), Force Telnet Entry, Server backdoor, Exploit Abuse and Abuse of Admin Status.
At the time, markbyron was too blind to understand what was going on which instead of solving the problem within turned into permabans without consideration which resulted in what we know today as the worst year of TotalFreedom from how bad it was attacked.
Vouch, me and Savnith were both banned at the same time. At this point, it's been long enough.

This thread has been created to open up a vast majority of suggestions in regards to TOS Age enforcement; As you may know, the ID Verification Method, as well as the current Indef-Ban method, is not everyone's favorite.
This is your moment to suggest a better enforcement system that should guarantee the safety of our community and discord server. With that being said, before suggesting I would like everyone to review Discord's Age Restriction Policy. Don't make idiotic and foolish suggestions such as "Just trust them" or "If he(or she) says that's his(or her) age, just go with it", those will be denied automatically.
Keep this thread peaceful with no arguments or attempts at starting drama.

In response to the recent situations in regards to community members joining our discord server while underage (depending on your region), my point is going to be straightforward and it will be the only time that I will be posting publicly about it unless policy changes to where I or Ryan see fit.
Users whom have created their accounts before reaching the age of 13 hence accepting the TOC and violating it first hand will be indefinitely banned from the discord as an alternative to the Identification requirement to be unbanned. - However, if we find a better alternative that doesn't include the ID Proof or users facing an indefinite punishment then feel free to suggest as you wish.
As for the members who have created their accounts and are still underage, let it be known as long as no one finds out and you don't speak of it freely within our network servers, being the discord, forums and other TF platforms then do know that we will not be out there to get you.
In basic English: Don't be an idiot and proudly announce that you're a kid just to get some ego out of it for breaking a policy just to receive those extra likes on the forums. Just shut up about it and don't mention it
The Discord Moderation Team have every right to discuss and enforce the correct sanctions in regards to users that violate the TOS, while some rules are different than others, we're trying to keep a clean record.
I'm very aware of the idea that disagreeing with server policies by joking about it or challenging it has been normalized, not anymore, for arguing and insulting the other party just because you think a majority subjective view will change something that has been decided on by the leadership of said platform, I suggest try escaping your tea bubble. - You're welcome to give your opinion in a mature manner, where a decent discussion can be taken place between the leadership and community.
With that being said, as long as you're on Discord, follow their guidelines and TOS as you usually do, and don't be mad about something too petty.

The Discord Underage Policy applies on those members that were caught being underage following the violation of Discord Terms & Conditions, no user is required to submit their personal Identification upon joining the discord but that doesn't mean joining upon knowing that Discord bans the usage of their platform per guidelines to underage minors.
Our job is to protect the community and play by Discord's TOS and Guidelines, it's not within our rights to question the policy of that platform that we are using for free.
Accepted, it wasn't meant to be a feature to begin with but kept it for the event hosts to control their events in a better way, wasn't used how I planned it to be.
That's where this ban appeal ends, as requested, The user must provide evidence of age before accessing our discord server, most importantly their DOB which is all I care about.
Cooperation would be appreciated, if indeed he is 13 which I will confirm. You are very welcome to join back and I will personally unban you until then, I hope you would cooperate with me.

↩ Ivan You can question my position and actions, I have no mind in that however the protection of the Discord is my duty and I should play with the platform rules and regulations, I don't take people's words for what they are, that's stupid and foolish.
I live by absolute reason and proof, no one gets a free pass, that's how I keep you lads safe on the discord but not being so lenient on things that I believe is worth investigating.

We only take community input as something to consider however its not a final decision, discord Moderators have every right to go against community input and punish according to their personal judgement when comes to any discord rule violation.

With that being said, I will need you to privately direct message me on discord (JustMeNick#7874) with your DOB (Date of Birth) and any possibly official documents (Student ID, Passport, Birth Certificate, etc) that confirms your age. (blur or cut out the extra unnecessary and private information)

But don't worry, we have services such as Vanced which will gives you Google service with YouTube that has some perks of Premium YT without paying.
