Please Note: The TotalFreedom Forum has now been put into a read-only mode. Total Freedom has now closed down and will not be returning in any way, shape or form. It has been a pleasure to lead this community and I wish you all the best for your futures.

taah The shady way the discord tos works is troubling and something that could usually get me or Ryan's account suspended, it's a bigger risk then other rules mentions since a minor is involved, Child Protection Laws is what stopping discord from lowering the number and that's something I legit wanna stay away from, last thing I want is to be called up for allowing minors in, we started to only ban people who listed their age, for example, if someone said they are 12, we ban for an year and so on.

Just something that I don't wanna deal with, I already was contacted by discord for it before and that shit is scary.

lilmosey Going back and forth with Shrimp accusing someone of… Quote… Honestly, it's hard to even say it, "rape shrimp's sister" - It was reported to me by one of the admins in the discord and after reviewing the content and shit that you were involved in, personally, I feel sick to my stomach that which things weren't reported to me sooner.

Man, even writing this comment is making me wanna throw up.

Anyways, I will argue no longer. Ryan has my full corporation, I understand how some of you may feel but try to understand the situation a little bit before jumping the gun on me, everything has context,

@'phrman' This shows Nick in the VC streaming the show Breaking Bad. 4 other users were in the call at the time. Now I have Discord audit logs for when Nick created a separate voice channel to stream further:

While I was streaming clips of it from a public source such as youtube, Lyicx told me that people will take it the wrong way and we shouldn't do it publicly. I agreed and for my safety as well as any misunderstanding, I moved to different channels.

@'phrman' So anyway, the voice channel was then used by several users who were moved in there to watch a stream. A user, who has wished to remain anonymous who I will label X, was asked if he wished to watch the stream. He declined, and was moved back into general voice chat.

I'm aware of whom the person may be and I asked if they wish to watch some clips with us, said no and I personally moved them back, I will keep the person's name anonymous,

I personally have a Netflix account which I can watch the series fully without using youtube or different illegal streaming platforms but I wasn't too keen to get involved in that instead watched clips on youtube as I still don't have any interest in the show but watched public clips of it for the sake of the experience.

The videos on the screenshot taken were on the early morning of it as it was around 3:32 AM but are still far in the list which I needed to scroll down on my phone.

The content shared by this user was no different from shrimp's comments on public channels, I wasn't keen to keep such disturbing comments to be viewable on public channels which resulted to purge the channel.

RedEastWood It shows that the policy was reviewed and I'm not making changes out of nowhere. Yes, you're missing the point. Copyright isn't a Section 1 violation anymore, the policy was updated and put in months after the first violation of such law cases.

I should also mention that I'm not in full control of the Discord especially something such as the DCP, I can't update or modify it without informing him.

RedEastWood You literally just changed the policy when you’re under investigation for it…

Actually no, the policy was changed a few months ago and it was reviewed by Ryan himself. This screenshot is proof of the DCP change and Ryan himself reviewing it.

Draft Number 3, the mention of copyright was removed but it took me a while to get it together and clean it.

@'fndndjdnsnsn' Miasmus suffered the fate of an unappealable discord ban after he posted an entire episode of Spongebob in the discord server. Can someone explain why there is an investigation in Nick’s case when Miasmus was banned immediately? Nick has also stated that any violation of copyright on the TotalFreedom discord will result in an unappealable ban from the discord.

Copyright violations are no longer a permanently bannable offense, it's appealable. The Discord Conduct Policy does not mention anything about copyright or how it's enforced as it's discord's job to deal with and I would no longer sit and do their job anymore. I spoke to Miasmus regarding their ban and told them to appeal it once again but not to argue into law as we're nothing but laymen on that topic.

As far as I'm here, I wanna try to keep the discord team away from acting as Law Enforcement and actually have a server that isn't in deep discussion about certain laws since none of us majored in such.

@'fndndjdnsnsn' ck has stated in Freedom-01 “Because it shows that you can’t even review a trailer without being called out for copyright” and a few other comments regarding him streaming a trailer rather than the actual episodes itself. This is an obvious attempt from Nick to brush it off and act completely innocent, despite there being proof of the contrary.

Speaking of a misunderstanding, that was a figure of speech as a way to say that even streaming trailers which is copyrighted can result in trouble which I don't agree with.

I'm not gonna fight or argue endlessly because, at the end of the day, I'm held accountable to Ryan and will fully cooperate with this investigation.

#CancelNick, the only way people will get out any kind of reaction is by making it public instead of letting the actual people in power investigate it.

You posting this is an example, you can't cancel someone who's already cancelled 👀

jwmphall To the members of the TotalFreedom community: I would like to propose an owner vote off. Considering Ryan’s actions, I feel that a vote-off is necessary. Ryan has consistently proven that he does not have what it takes to fulfill the community’s wishes, only doing what he deems is right

As managers of different platforms, it was shown according to Seth's ownership that listening to community members all the time even in important server decisions has caused us to lose all of the server's assets, leaving the server to die off without a Server, forum or even a discord for communications between High Ranks.

This is one of the methods I stand by as the Overseer and Manager of the Discord, I don't take community opinion because it's a majority but I do what I see is the right thing to do in order to benefit the new and old players equally.

For those whom are unaware, Ryan has made it very clear how he plans to run TotalFreedom. If it was ignored, then it's too late. Atlas owns TotalFreedom, inside and out. You can't vote off the Owner with a thread from his sub-projects. As a member of the community, you have a right to an opinion to be shared and discussed, however, to use the vote off card because of a majority disagreement will not work as easy as it was with the previous owners.

    Disagreement shouldn't = Vote Off

Community Disagreement shouldn't = Sanctions and Ignoring.

The server isn't the problem, the community members and the staff team are equally as bad. Ignorance plays a big role in this server which is why I had decided to further myself from the community and just be there when needed, I ignore the forums, in-game servers, and even the discord if my presents are not required to keep myself away from the stupid and brain dead arguments that have no mean or don't benefit anyone.

Find a fix for that instead.

The Ownership policy doesn't exist anymore, there is no possible way to "vote-off" the Owner, and even if you do. Unlike those before him, he doesn't dip on the server or come up with a stupid excuse to delete the server.

Mind you, this is a position not easily covered by anyone. Not worth the risk.
