I don't believe that sensible judgement has applied to cases like this one, and many more that I have personally witnessed as far as I have been here, admins violating admin policy by saying one word or another receive less punishment than others. "Saying thing X = Ban Y" - Pretty sure that's exactly what the server has been doing, if an administrator says a word which is banned by policy, they all receive the same punishment regardless if it's the n-word, f-word or whatever word that seems bad enough to call for punishment, our policies strictly apply the usage of some words and ways to punish them

And for the record, regardless of who breaks our policies shall be punished accordingly no matter what rank or popularity they have on the server. Based on my point of view, Luke's punishment was too pitty and that's all I have to say.

The oldest Freeop server, 2b2t doesnt claim to be the oldest server but it does claim to be the oldest "Anarchy" server. (The oldest in a category and not how long the server has been up)

While my original statement of saying the F word was from a leaked screenshot of the private exec chat (Isn't part of TF platform) and which is why you were banned (Or part of the reason), I believe that the action taken towards Luke was too much but it still broke ACP, as for the discord ban, you shouldn't have been indefinitely banned since it falls under Bannable Offence for a certain period of time.

A common problem I kept seeing in TF that some people reserve less punishment than other people but still under TF's conduct policy, Admin Policy, ZTP and the Discord Policy for fuck knows.

Unbanned, I believe that you meant no harm or had any bad intentions, to begin with, a simple quote from a previous statement of mine shouldn't have resulted in your ban. Discord rules are a little more strict than the forums and in-game.

Object, just as mentioned before NSFW content is already banned on all platforms of TF but what you are trying to censor is adult talks, sex and usage of drugs isn't actually talked about as much as you make it seem to be.

I know many people who do those stuff on here, including myself but I dont go talk about it as if Im proud. Again, as red has mentioned, this server isnt advertised as kid-friendly since alot of us are over the age of 18 and those talks are normal. If you cant handle those type of conversation, then the internet isn't a place for you or otherwise just ignore it which seems to work in many cases.
