I have never seen a server that takes everything public even things that require investigation without community input, I should start pulling out everything the past executives and admins have done because I like to see people fight, fucking stupid mindset of you people.

Add to what Luke has already said, It is the same for everyone and even myself, the executives and server owners. My position, time on the server, and work are not and will be not taken into consideration in this case, I get treated the same way everyone does. In the end, it's Ryan's decision to make, since he is the only person that's above me.

Until then, I wouldn't and hope others wouldn't try to start another fire while they're trying to put it out.

↩  taah I legit don't care about those rules or regulations put on us but looking at it from both sides, I rather be on the safe side of things especially with the CPL in place, that shit is scary.

Discord is no doubt stupid when comes to TOS enforcement reasons why I didn't wanna mention it in the DCP because if they can't enforce their own rules, why should I? Guess I'm only trying to make the big man happy without testing the waters too much.

I use to be the Staff Manager in a big debate server when stage discovery was a thing, it was around 30,000 members and we didn't enforce anything of what's happening here, I'm looking for ways to go back to just one conduct policy and still be respectful to discord's shitty guidelines.

The more I looked into those laws being enforced the more sick I got of it, I understand that TF is no longer owned by a private person in their own home but a company that is at risk of such law violations, I have no idea how to work it out between making the server actually be a fun server without those stupid laws up my ass then again, it's shady and risky.

↩  taah The shady way the discord tos works is troubling and something that could usually get me or Ryan's account suspended, it's a bigger risk then other rules mentions since a minor is involved, Child Protection Laws is what stopping discord from lowering the number and that's something I legit wanna stay away from, last thing I want is to be called up for allowing minors in, we started to only ban people who listed their age, for example, if someone said they are 12, we ban for an year and so on.

Just something that I don't wanna deal with, I already was contacted by discord for it before and that shit is scary.
