Admins do have the ability to remove disruptive builds from spawn at our discretion however I will admit that we don't really do it and I definitely think we should step up when it comes to things like scaffolds especially.
I will always put time into removing as many scaffolds and random builds as I can but aside from that I don't do much personally.
However I'd also like to say that I don't want anything to be sanctionable - I think the last thing we should be doing is punishing people for using scaffold hacks in a certain vicinity of spawn or building pixelarts that are a tad too big or too close. I'd prefer if we simply just removed scaffolds (and other messy shit that nobody will miss), moved pixelarts back a bit and left it at that.
Also bit of a disclaimer that if an operator feels something is disruptive, to not deal with it themselves and instead inform an admin. Removing, moving or covering up a build yourself would probably be seen as sanctionable.
Quote↩ @'Reperak' that person is a (alleged) alt account who was continuously rude towards other Discord members. That was not a matter of me being rude for the sake of being rude, that was me not tolerating that person's bullshit.
Even with the context it doesn't show evidence of you presenting yourself well. Admins have to deal with ignorant folks all of the time. It's quite a large part of the job. In situations like the one presented to you, you would be expected to de-escalate the situation as best as you could, not insulting someone with "You are nothing" "I've been here longer than you" and the like.
I get that it's fucking hard, trust me, there are plenty of times when I've had to hold myself back from a particularly annoying player. Working in retail has probably helped me with that.
I have some rather serious concerns as to your handling of situations. You seem to often escalate situations into rows that just don't need to happen, and you've noticeably ignored being told to stop.
Escalation is the exact opposite of what we should be doing, and there are two recent examples I'm going to show.

While it has been a while, I'm still not sure. Neutral for now.
Quote↩ FromTimeToTime it was under-moderated and had low interest
From the time I've become admin until today I did make as good as attempt as any to try and keep it moderated as much as I could but it was difficult and it's obviously not a server where admins can sit in and prevent any rule-breaking, it was rather frequented by those banned from the main freedom server to attempt to grief whatever they could.
apolgy for bad english
where were u wen hub-02 die
i was at house eating dorito when phone ring
"Hub-02 is kil"
"no"
A serious problem I see with us having an anarchy SMP is that, while it seems fun on paper, it will cause problems for the other servers on the network which have rules. Players who will arrive for the anarchy server will likely expect the freedom servers to be anarchy too (which is already a problem we suffer from). Think of a recent player like SmashedNuts and either his friends or alts. We would be seeing a lot more of those.
I just can't see it being a sustainable idea to have no rules in some parts of the network and rules in others. Not only due to my previous point but also due to the SMP filling up with the types of players we don't want on the network, since they'd be banned from freedom-01 so join the anarchy to do whatever fuckery they were doing. And with cross network messaging already being a problem that can't end well.
Quote↩ FromTimeToTime how does nobody care that they bypassed
Video explained to me earlier that the player logged in after their initial 24 hour ban expired. Therefore it was not ban bypassing. Players with active section 1 IBRs out for them are not banned on the server (excluding whatever 24 hour ban got the request written) unless they break further rules on the server.
Being told the server staff are cruel and harsh is not an excuse to come on and disrupt the community before coming on with the intentions of doing the same thing on an alt account. Granted, you ended up not following through and I think you and I had a decent conversation at one point or another.
And following on, you have been sincere and apologetic in this appeal and have conducted yourself well in this writing.
However I do not feel it is long enough - I would vouch for a delayed approval on the 21st August 2021 (30 days after the indefinite ban was added) but I object if that is not possible - though would like to see you back based on what I've read here
