I believe both of you are severely missing out on a point here - although red you did kind of brush on it.
Neither of you are in a position to be judging on whether or not anzus mental state has improved because neither of you are anzu.
You're voting on this as if she was suspended for her behaviour when she was not - she was unsatisfied with her mental health and stepped back, and now has been very open about how she is feeling better.
She was mature enough to realise she needed to take a break, and therefore I don't really see why it's anyone elses place to tell her when she's ready to come back.

I vouch, however.
This wasn't a suspension of any kind, anzu resigned by her own free will in order to protect her mental health. She was active and did her job when it needed to be done, and there were no issues with her administrative conduct. I've also seen improvement in regards to her activity on the discord.
Would like to see more of her in game though.

Yes and no, in my opinion.
Like with all stealing, I suppose, it depends who it's from. Big rich record label probably isn't going to be too financially affected by you pirating an album but that guy busking on the street to sell his albums is.
Can be applied to different forms of media too, that was just my example.
