I completely misunderstood the phonetics of this post and thought you hated bing-ers rather than binge-(e)rs. I then had no idea what "bing"ers were.

RedEastWood I removed several votes on that application as well which didn't give any reasoning. Whether or not the reasoning is valid will be decided in future, but I don't think it's my place to silence votes that I don't like when the individual might have genuinely meant them.

It was only a few and it was one of the first applications with the new system, so I didn't feel the need to say anything, but as the issue popped up here again it's why I made the comment.

I have had to remove a few of the votes on this thread due to them not giving reasoning - which became a requirement as per this thread. Just would like to draw everyone's attention to that again - makes everyone's life easier.

Denied, feel free to reapply in 60 days.

Nah, nah nah, jokes aside, vouch and recommendation confirmed.

Yurni is knowledgeable with exploits, as described in the application above, and is an active, engaging and pleasant (well..) member of the community. Few have spent as much time not only in game but on discord, and she's helped me out as well on numerous occasions when I haven't been able to physically get in game, grabbing screenshots of rulebreaking, essentially administrating by proxy.

I've no doubt they're a fantastic fit to administrate the server.

Object aside from the honeymoon period the recent SMP event in events-02 was dead. Our community is too small right now to successfully pull off running more than one server for consistent periods of time.

The rules never actually been enforced, it's just a general rule of thumb to not make it difficult to communicate with staff or other players. Since everyone here speaks English that's the general thing that's been gravitated towards, but as long as you can be understood by someone, it's fine.

It's just there to try and make sure nobody is intentionally making life difficult for people. Communicating with each other is completely okay.

Fwiw object since it does have a purpose. Speak with each other all you want, nobody's ever gonna punish you for it.

Feel like this is all very formal. A very subjective scoring system, forcing event hosts to attend meetings, backup hosts etc.

Obviously events should be planned and prepared in advance but I feel like this is over the top and the amount of rules and regulations in place here will likely put people off wanting to become or remaining as an event host.

And honestly for things like this we need to focus on quality over quantity. Way too much focus is put on player count, and while that's often important, I'd rather have 4 players having a fantastic time in an event than 8 or even 12 players kinda just there.

matscalle also for teams you have to be 16 years old

This is an admin application.. not an executive application. Admins don't use Microsoft teams, only the exec team do.

matscalle object please wait 3/2 years for when you can use discord as it is important to have

Discord is not a requirement to become an administrator on the freedom-01 server. While it's still important to have, it's not a requirement that is enforced in any way and it's still perfectly fine by both myself and Video for people to apply without discord.

taah Think the main issue isn't a massive attention for detail for the discords TOS - it's rather the fact that nick, who allegedly showed the copyrighted content has been historically strict on people showing copyrighted content, making it very clear it's a permanent ban without appeal (unless the ban was false)

You got told the person you were making uncomfortable was a minor and you kept going on talking sexual shit.

Object to the appeal - I'd vouch for the ban becoming permanent. That has no place in this community.
