Get rid of lightning spawners

No. I disagree heavily with you on that point. Lightning bolt spawners are fucking massive while pig & cow spawners are tiny in comparison. I'd recommend you do some testing of your own, instead of running this off your memory.

people are making too many suggestions to ban features when in fact we should just ban the misuse of them instead

just tell people to stop doing it near spawn or if it's annoying other players because iirc there is already a rule on lagging other people out/trolling?
