Boat kick bug

This is a bug in the Minecraft server software itself. An easy fix that would get rid of this odd behavior would be to enable flying for Freedom-02 (and Freedom-01 if it's also affected).

"Flying is not enabled on this server" is a very rudimentary anticheat that is somehow still included in vanilla Minecraft despite not doing much against actual exploiters. It in any case has no business on the freedom servers.

It can be disabled by setting allow-flight=true in server.properties.

I'm guessing I overlooked that setting when deploying freedom 2. I'll look to fix this and compare the files to make sure both freedom servers config are aligned.

Given I thought I had already fixed this I've changed the specific setting in question which will be applied the next time Freedom-02 re-starts, and have raised FS-155 to make sure the other settings are configured in sync as they should be.
