light update issues

redstone light blocks wont work properly on the server, it takes a second for the block to update and emit light. torches, redstone torches and glowstone works properly though.

Just to take a slight guess; if this was at the time you posted, WorldGuard's halt activity mode was enabled which probably is causing this issue. I could be wrong.

@Ivan#5660 this was taken yesterday. afaik the halt activity mode of worldedit disables light from emitting entirely, but it still emits light, albeit with a delay and at random
