For starters, having a discord would be MEGA useful to keep communication together.

I'm looking for 1 applicant per timezone, covering the states, the europes and maybe asia? if not another in the states since europe is airtight anyhow and given im a huge no life with a spiraling pattern my own coverage can vary

now this is a loose one, i dont care TOO much but preferbly i'd like to try bring people in who don't have much additional responsibilities outside of moderating the minecraft server if thats something you even do. i aint making lyicx and video juniors here but then again if you do have a bit more than freedom admin then you'll probably be heavily considered anyway since again, i dont care since you'll probably do just as well but its a nice thing to have more than the same people involved if you get what i mean

I IDEALLY want to hear of prior experience and your timezone. you can fill it up with personal qualities or whatnot to better sell yourself.
