The change is that if you post a picture of anything NSFW, even if 'the area' is covered, you will be sanctioned.
The 'area' meaning the private areas, but if you can see the fact that it was probably fully nude originally then it should be banned.
The discord server feeds into the minecraft chat. We have people under 13 there.

Any form of nudity should be an immediate ban or at least a mute, regardless of whether or not anything is covered up. We wouldn't allow any nudity on the Minecraft server, so I assume that would apply to all TF platforms.

Regardless of which channel, if something which may contain NSFW content were to be posted, the user will be punished - It all depends on what the content may be, thus giving us discord moderators the ability to Issue appropriate sanctions;
Server Chat Channels
The server chat channels will be exclusively governed by the rules of the server to which the chat is synced with. The only exceptions to this are as followsa: There is to be no NSFW Material or links posted in the channel, either from discord or in-game and the moderators will remove such content and sanction as appropriate
Posts that aren't safe for work which as porn, gore, and anything that's fucked up usually gets removed - The rule above is kinda common sense, don't post stupid shit because whoever does is going to be punished.

If someone was wearing trousers, or even underwear, the clothes would usually be a different colour to human skin. However, in the picture the person can look fully naked at first and even if it is slightly blurred the skin colour can be seen if there is no underwear or trousers
If a discord mod deems the content to be NSFW, the member posting it will be banned...
I don't want to start making the rules super complex because it becomes unrealistic to fairly enforce. I trust that the mod team will be able to tell the difference between SFW and NSFW Content...

You should've never even said anything like that. "Who cares, children are going to learn about nudity anyways." There is no better way to phrase that.
