Improve and re-enable death messages. (again)

Death messages were disabled due to exploits. This suggestion is to improve and enable death messages yet again.

This has been suggested by FolfyBlue before but, for some reason, has been denied by Ryan.

Here are my suggestions on how to improve death messages and prevent exploits or spam:

1. Limit item length in death messages to 50 characters.
Based on Anvil Item Name Length Character limit, maybe we should limit the length of the item names displayed in death messages? This would prevent things like WtextWtextWtextWtextWtextWtext... from spamming Minecraft and Discord chats.

2. Remove obfuscation from item names in death messages.
This would prevent using obfuscation in item names as a method to lag Minecraft clients.

3. Strip Click-Events entirely from item names.

Click-Events in item names can be used to execute commands as player who clicks on this funny looking item saying "click me! :D" (rookie mistake), so we should probably strip them out of item names.

I would like to hear your thoughts on this suggestion.

For this to be viable, all JSON content in item names should be stripped completely from death messages. There are exploits that can cause considerable negative effects that can be abused through death messages.

Make a plugin whicb just prints "someone died" whenever a player is killed. No exploits there.
