This doesn't really solve anything.
1) Coins will get reset in the next major server upgrade
2) It is really not how you'd solve coin inflation anyway. People already have the currency, you would need to make it worth less (Increase prices on shop items) rather than reduce the amount you give out

Increasing the difficulty of something makes people want to value it more. Although you are planning to reset coins, if the coins gained by a reaction is reduced from 10 to 5. It makes people want to value the coins they have already because it is now harder to get.

Object, I feel the amount is just perfect. Since the only things that use the coins are the shops (which use fixed pricing) and occasional tipping I don't particularly feel it's really necessary to give a shit about whether or not the TF economy is hype-inflated.

For the most expensive item in the shop, the login message (which is currently uncustomisable), it takes 250 reactions, or 21 hours straight of winning every single reaction.
This suggestion would see it require 500 reactions - or almost 2 entire straight days winning every single reaction. In practice, this would be longer, since there's a lot of people capable of competing for reactions and obviously you're not gonna sit on the server for 2 days straight just for a login message.
You can also double that, give or take for every other shop item. It already takes long enough to get the stuff imo - the issue lies in that there's nothing to do with coins once the shop is bought out.

I'm not entirely sure how this would solve the problem of our economy being heavily inflated other than slowing down how much it gets inflated? People already have a metric fuckton of coins, so like ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯
