as i said to luke in admin chat, this really just seems like a guy who's super into roleplaying (on a minecraft server ?) and went a bit too far. i've heard he's done more but you should really include that in the report
i wouldn't class any of this as serious harassment and based on his previous warnings i would say a few days (to a week max) ban or just a day ban since he hasn't been banned for this before

The room that excellentgamer1 found at the imperium base was part of an entirely different project going on and there was some stuff about him on the wall, and he took that to mean there was an organization that was conspiring against him and investigating him, and he was constantly spying on us since then and interrogating everyone, and making big vague threats in chat to point a lot of people just got annoyed with him.
