Bring back #support

  • I disagree with the replacement of the #support channel in lieu of the private support board on the forum. The reason why I disagree with this change is because #support is meant for small issues that can be fixed within seconds, while the support on the forum is meant for larger issues that take more work to solve.

The forum is meant for slower and more focused discussion, this is why the support board is meant for slower, larger issues. While Discord is faster paced, but less focused. Which makes #support suited for smaller, faster issues.

Some issues are better suited if they are on Discord's #support channel, and some are better suited if they're on the support board on the forum. Some issues are not worth just creating completely new thread.

Both can exist at the same time, I don't know why we had to remove #support for the support on the forum.

  • It won't be making a return. The channel was never used for its intended purpose or how I asked for it to be used.
