Unappealable Discord Ban Request - 1RS

    Hi all,


    1RS is a user who has been banned from TF multiple times over the years they’ve been here. They have been banned at least once per owner under different names (endernator, 1rs etc) and the latest being their appeal here.



    So today they joined under another alt on Discord. At this point they are not breaking any rules by doing this, they were not banned from Discord and therefore were allowed alts, but they then started going off on a tirade about how me and Allink were harassing them. They pretended their alt in question (Noone#2072) was not them but just a friend.


    They then left the Discord. I was tired of this so I warned them that any further attempts at doing this would cause them to be banned, where they told me they filed an FBI report before blocking me. They then made the same threat to erin with proof that they did in fact file a report to the FBI.


    I have proof that they are an alt in that the desktop and taskbar seen in the last image linked is the same desktop and taskbar as in an image sent by 1RS themselves yesterday.


    I’d like to request an indefinite, unappealable ban from Discord at the very least. It is against both British and American law to file a false crime report, and people on Discord should not be subject to intimidation and bullying tactics that 1RS is attempting to do. This is also not a new user nor a user that doesn’t know what they are doing; 1RS is a user who has been banned for a long time now and should be held to a higher standard given how many chances they have been given.


    Unappealable bans are not something I normally do nor are they something I necessarily agree with unless it’s an extreme circumstance and therefore I do believe this is worthy of one.

    vouch -- they should not be allowed to return given all they do is cause problems.

    Personally, I don't understand why this user seems to hate me and Luke so much. All we've done is point out their behavior and I pointed out they were playing on Kaboom, as I had noticed their activity in Kaboom-related Discord servers.


    If anything, 1RS is the one who's harassing me and Luke here; she's using alts/telling friends to harass us in the TotalFreedom Discord and other servers (the screenshots here are in the kitsune.icu, a Kaboom clone me and ginlang run, Discord server).


    She also went out of her way to DM ginlang these gems:

    According to her, she submitted a tip to the FBI's cybercrime division for "cyberstalking" or something similar, which we have absolutely not none. The only thing we've done that could be likened to cyberstalking is happening to stumble upon her activity in Kaboom-related server, which doesn't constitute as stalking anyhow. She seems to be using this as a scare tactic against me and Luke; however she's the only one who's going to have anything negative coming out of that tip she submitted.


    This user's presence on the TF Minecraft server/Discord server will only cause problems. She seems to have the twisted idea that stopping at nothing to get rid of people they don't like won't get her banned. The user has used multiple sockpuppet accounts on the TF Discord in an attempt to sway public opinion.


    I rest my case.

    I Vouch. They should receive a global network-wide ban as well in my opinion.

    Breaking both US and UK law (filing false crime reports) is a Category 0 offence on its own. Regardless if they filed an actual report with the FBI against TotalFreedom or not, they implied they did so which alone is an area of concern. A network-wide ban would be appropriate in that sense. This player has clearly not learned from their mistakes and continues to cause trouble as seen above, so I don't think they really should not be welcomed back anytime soon.

    Not only has Luke mentioned above how the screenshot shows the report submitted screen, but I'd like to add that the reason they wrote the report was to try and scare or intimidate us in some way. Allinks further screenshot proves this further.


    If they want us to believe they've reported us then we'll take them at face value.
