  • acknowledgment of the server change freeze preventing this from being officially approved until 4 January, I am posting this a week prior to the unfreeze to allow time to deliberate on it (even though an inactivity reinstatement probably doesn't need that time). Oh, and also because someone else was reinstated for Master Builder like 30 minutes ago.

    Your Minecraft name: ZelkaLite

Are you using the same forum & Minecraft account that you used when you were a staff member in the past? (Yes or No). If no, state all former account names and be prepared to verify that you're not an imposter.
Well, technically, no, but practically, yes (...well, technically, forum.totalfreedom.me didn't exist when I was SA, but...)—I used "ZelkaLite" with a capital V when I went inactive, and am currently using "Zelka_Lite" (with the case change being 9 months ago, and the previous change—from MeliodasDz to Zelka_Lite—being in August of 2018).

Note: Reinstatements will not be approved until the EAO can positively verify that the person applying for reinstatement is the same as the past admin - the burden of proof is on the person requesting reinstatement. (I was a premium user since before the 1.6 update added the new launcher. I'm not sure how much more one could reasonably ask for.)

What rank were you (Administrator, Senior Admin) and the approx dates you were a staff member: (e.g. super admin from Jun 2010 - Jan 2015)*
A Super Admin from June 2016 to late 2018. My initial admin application, and yes, I do feel deeply embarrassed about all of my past usernames (well, except for MeliodasDz and Zelka_Lite, obviously).

Why were you removed from your staff position? (Answer one below and exclude the rest)

    a. For long term inactivity? (Yes or No) If Yes, did you post an inactivity notice or did you leave without notice - please explain if no notice was left.
As far as I know, I left without notice: 2018 was ... quite a tumultuous year for me, and I'm not sure I literally had time to post an inactivity notice, or if I did, maybe I thought I didn't. It was two years ago; it's hard to remember.

    bf. no

(Q5 doesn't apply if the answer to Q4 was a)

If you are reinstated, how often will you be able to do staff duties?
Most likely very close to every day, and definitely enough days a week for the 168-hour thing within TFM (because I was here for that?) to not happen.

Have you reviewed the server rules and banning protocols to ensure you're up to speed on any changes that might have occurred since your return from inactivity?
Yes. It's amazing how little has changed about the actual conduct policy—so little, in fact, that I literally don't remember anything not being there two years ago. (Well, actually, I do: 3a and 3g. Still...)

Do you have a family member that's been on the perm ban list within the past two months?
Nope! ...As far as I know, I don't have any family members who play or have played on this server at all.

Staff Response Instructions: You may vouch or object. However, unlike initial applications for admin and promotion applications, former staff who sincerely wish to overcome past mistakes will normally be given the benefit of the doubt and provided extra chances to succeed or fail. If you don't believe the applicant is sincere, object and state why (e.g. the applicant still has a bad attitude and causing trouble on the server). If the applicant was a former Telnet or Senior you may also vouch to reinstate at a lower level such as Super Admin. (wait, this hasn't been updated since the SA/STA merger?)

...2013? Either this template hasn't been updated in literally five years or it means that any concerns over my hiatus being as long as it is aren't very significant.
(note to self: don't take two hours to polish too many details about this)
