Flarum hates the SrA application template thread

Me and other people have noticed Video's new reply to the template with an update to it doesn't show up in All Discussions and we missed it.

I've also just noticed that, despite the thread being tagged as sticky, it's not on top of the section.

I've retagged it as sticky again.. might fix the issue.
