↩  matscalle I highly doubt Ryan is going to use your modded Flarum just to tweak the colours a little bit... And CSS is used for styling websites, not PHP (unless the Flarum developers are braindead and using style tags for no reason)

I did this once myself with the original Flarum forum. What resulted was... interesting, to say the least. Here's how it looked:
