Your discord tag. (Ex: elmon#6023)
Miasmus#1984
-
If known, who banned you? (this can be checked)
Probably Nick or Video?
-
If known, do you know what time you were approximately banned?
08/04/2021 (I think)
-
Why do you think you were banned? (this can also be checked)
Violating the rules of the discord at the time (Copyright laws, posted a full episode of Spongebob and sped up version of Space Jam 2)

Explain why you think you should be unbanned, and promise to never do whatever you did again. If your reason remains unknown, you may skip this question.
I think a misunderstanding some people had when I posted the videos was that I uploaded or created this videos - I did not; I simply copied the discord link of the already uploaded videos and posted them in TF because I thought they were funny. Regardless, as of the last changes to the discord policy this is no longer against the rules, so I'm assuming the permanent part of the ban is lifted and I no longer have to prove my innocence to appeal. I'll (obviously) be more careful with what I post in the future, but I'm still not a lawyer, ie. I don't think I can say with certainty if something will break copyright laws or not - if it even matters now with the changes to the policy. That being said, I've had a few months to think about it, and I'm ready to return.
Quote! "Copyright violations are no longer a permanently bannable offense, it’s appealable. The Discord Conduct Policy does not mention anything about copyright or how it’s enforced as it’s discord’s job to deal with and I would no longer sit and do their job anymore. I spoke to Miasmus regarding their ban and told them to appeal it once again but not to argue into law as we’re nothing but laymen on that topic." - Nick
