I'm proposing a network owner election that would take place every summer. The election would be held in a forum poll and there would be a maximum of 11 candidates as that is the maximum amount of answers in a Flarum poll. The person who is the owner at the time of the election could also be a candidate and would be able to continue being the network owner if he got the most votes. Candidates would need to fill out an application form and meet all the requirements in order to officially get in the poll.
As for why the election would happen during summer, it is when players have time for the server so they would also have their opportunity to vote.
