Unsure, reasons explained below.

Prior to the ban of StoryTimeWithHx (https://forum.totalfreedom.me/d/4104-ibr-storytimewithhx) this user had shown up as one of the alts of StoryTimeWithHx.

However, after this account had joined that was no longer the case, and since I did not have any images to prove that that had been the case I have filed this as a seperate IBR just to be safe seeing as the user broke the same rule.
