Provide access to chat logs without needing Discord.

this should be added onto an app or a site with a login so people can chat on server without being on it and without needing discord

Some resources to look at chat logs wouldnt be a bad idea as well so we aren't relying on discord as well. They could just be logged to a text file and if it's just the raw chat data like we see on the discord then it shouldn't be too hard to do.

Unfortunately that will make cause some problems, since 95% of the messages people send in the discord are in server chat, it makes the entire discord punishment system useless, as well as in-game mutes and bans for chat offences. The suggestion you made for this at the time was denied as well.

↩  matscalle Theoretically this would make us more resilient against downtimes on platforms like Discord, but unfortunately with how this place gets raided quite frequently I don't think it's a good idea to implement this.

https://github.com/42wim/matterbridge is a project I've heard about that could completely replace the subpar Discord integration we have now

Going to deny this, folks should be basing their votes off of interactions they have with the individual applying, not reading through chat history anyway.
