Master "Griefer," more like Master Banned!

reason: 'Repeated Rule-Breaking / Griefing' 2. What did they do? This isn't very courteous of them. This user has several instances of being banned for griefing with the latest incident being today, along with them doing the same exact thing multiple times throughout this week, and let's not forget they were suspended from MB status (in record time too!) for the same thing. Clearly, they feel the rules don't apply to them.
3. What indefinitely bannable offence does this fall under according to the guidance for sanctions?
