report offline players

Report them on the forums?

@Noah#3498 There is a whole sub-forum called 'Player Conduct Report', not just for griefing but for everything.

also whilst we should have a board (tag) for player conduct reports this would be more convenient for griefing offenses anyway. ill vouch

@Motionally#3513 It's not really a bug, the commands were never designed to be used with offline players and were never designed with that in mind. It is a new feature request really.

Though I do appreciate the point, where we can we should be supporting online and offline players in a rational way.

More generally though, if the player isn't online and you have evidence to support it, they should ideally be reported then on the forums which is the current process.

Going to tell people to use the forums for reporting offline players. It's the most sensible way to do it...
