Ownership Policy Suggestion - Additional Requirements

I also propose we add the following amendments in terms of requirements:

The owner must have a Minecraft account
The owner must have a Discord account
To apply, you must not have reinstated recently (1 month) within the applications opening.

In the interests of good faith. I'm going to bump this. If it doesn't get further support I'll close this down as denied.

While there is general support on this thread there has been a very limited response. Due to the nature of the change I'm not happy approving this with the very small amount of people that have actually replied, given the potential implications this could have in the future. I would suggest if people feel strongly about this to re-raise it in the future once they have more support than what is on this thread.
