    4. Unlike Admin, Senior Admin is primarily a leadership position and you must be able to lead other admins in a mature manner and be a responsible representative of Total Freedom. Provide a paragraph of your accomplishments and why you think you’d made a good Senior Admin. I feel I would be a good candidate for Senior Admin because I am dedicated to the server and I feel that because of my good standing in the server and willingness to help admins and OPs with their problems, I, in my opinion, would make a great Senior Admin. I also have no beef with any players and get along with everyone, while establishing a good OP and admin relationship, fostering a more welcoming community. Some of my accomplishments include providing many posts regarding exploits, allowing the admin team to understand what commonly abused exploits are and how they work so that when I am not around, they know what to do when the server is crashed or rendered inaccessible by them, and I have worked closely with @"videogamesm12"#4 to help him test new features with the TFM on his private testing server. Another important characteristic to highlight is my leadership skills. I've been in some situations in which I am called upon to make a final judgement for situations because people know I am one of the more experienced admins. I also feel that I am able to use my experience as a long-serving admin to guide newer admins into the right path to be successful, especially with familiarising them with complex situations such as exploits and server attackers. These qualities are what I feel makes me a good candidate for Senior.

    Vouch, Alco would be a really good pick for Senior. Their knowledge of exploits is amazing and would greatly help the Admin team. And he is very mature with their position.

    Alco has already proved to be a dependant leader amongst the admin team. Few are more knowledgeable than him when it comes to exploits and mitigating their harmful effects on the server. And not only does he have an understanding of exploits and such, but he is more than willing to share that knowledge - each time something new is discovered he will write a lengthy and detailed explanation in the admin section on the forums for those of us who are less knowledgeable to be able to refer to in future.
