@"ClayCoconut"#130 is now the new ECD
This post has honestly been a long time coming, since around December, I've felt like I have not been doing nearly enough as ECD and have been letting down this whole community because of it. It is for this reason that this switch is happening.
Now, I'm sure many of you might wonder what this means for me, **at least for now I will be the AECD**. However, once I finish the last of the things I really feel like I need to finish before I can be done with the role completely, I will likely be resigning from my position.
Also, for those of you wonder why we are switching instead of just having me resign and then Coco apply in the next ECD elections. Well, me, Coco, and Steven, have all been discussing this change for a while and we mutually agreed that, since the game mode owner does have the power to appoint executives, that this was completely within the rules of the executive policy.
I'll be open to talking in more depth about this change on discord (DragonSlayer2189#2186), so feel free to reach out to me, but I know that people don't tend to read my 6 page essay type posts so Ill keep it at this. Congrats @"ClayCoconut"#130, for being such a good AECD that you managed to get me to agree to promote you to my position lmao, seriously though, you deserve it more than anyone, and as your new AECD, I'm happy to help with whatever you chose to do in the future
