After witnessing controversy regarding the ban of Bobpop, as well as the general stance of the staff team regarding said ban, I've decided to suggest that a cat 2 rule be added, disallowing depictions of terrorist attacks, I.E. 9/11, as well as highly offensive material, similar to how links to gore or nsfw are a cat 2 (For example, kidnappings, murder, etc.). This would not extend to things like military content, or attempst at humor, provided that it is free of things like swastikas, gas chambers, or references to terrorist attacks. This is to prevent further controversy regarding the matter, and to clear up confusion.
Amendment 01: Amendment removed, was already covered by existing guidelines.
Amendment 02: Following another post, this amendment requests that a clause making it clear that the aforementioned material is disallowed added to guideline 01 of the TF Community Guidelines
