Cuz we have to look at his behaviour in order to make a judgement. His behaviour is the exact same. He has not changed, and therefore it's reasonable to assume his behaviour will be the same meaning he will do the same things.
proving someone has changed is hard, yes, but when they talk and overall behave in the same way while yelling 'ive changed i wont do it again'. its one thing to say 'ive changed' but when your behaviour and mannerisms don't show it then it ultimately means nothing

yeah I get that but I really doubt he will actually abuse his perms again. heck before getting the perms he did host numerous events and was a pretty decent host overall.

i'd say theres a difference between muting people as a joke and finding it funny (like most admins and mods on TF) and making fun of someone's appearance. Not saying he was in the right to abuse but i don't think he meant to deliberately use his perms to harm the server. It was probably the fact that op saw other admins joke muting eachother.
