    Yes I do

  • Object, really not a fan of you bypassing your ban twice. Also haven't heard good things about your behaviour from others, and you were rather insincere, this appeal lacked detail.

Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter.

savnith I didnt know I was still gonna be banned

Well to be fair I can give you plausible deniability for joining yesterday, but you knew were banned and informed that the only way you can return is to write an appeal, and still joined today.

  • Some comments (and I only do this because I think this will be a controversial appeal and want this to be fair).

You weren't actually indef banned when you first joined, you should have been but for various reasons were not. That was corrected yesterday so as long as you haven't bypassed since being told it was still a valid ban I don't think this is an issue.

Given how long ago your indef ban was processed I'd strongly suggest explaining in reasonable detail what you did, otherwise you risk the narrative of your appeal being lead by those who recall you from those days.

He did rejoin today, after being very clearly told yesterday.

  •   savnith after being told that you were still indefinitely banned and must appeal to play on the server, you joined the server the next day.

savnith 5. Do you agree to follow our community guidelines (https://forum.totalfreedom.me/d/2961) and all the conditions stated above?

    Yes I do

You broke a rule less than an hour ago despite being well informed you weren't allowed on the server, so I doubt the sincerity of this part due to how recent the bypass was. That's one of the reasons for my objection.

  •   erin

    objection for this primarily.

a ban is a ban, regardless of how long ago it has been and there is no good reason for bypassing it, especially since you were specifically told that you were banned still.

savnith erin well I didnt cause any harm shouldn’t make that a reason to object

also again, not how this works. you still knowingly broke rules regardless, so the objecting is justified.

A triumphant roar echoes from atop the Seat of the Aspects as Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legact is formed.

  •   savnith as I said, fair enough, plausible deniability for yesterday. It was reasonable for you to believe the ban was purged

The issue I raised was you joining today - you were able to join by virtue of changing your IP address and account, which is ban bypassing.
