Ability to have custom login messages as OPs

vouch, if we fix up some stuff like the character limit and how we should go about handling the people who wanna try somethin' funny with them this can work

Vouch. This removes the need entirely for "login message packs" or whatever. Of course we would need to add proper safeguards in (e.g. length limit) but otherwise I don't see a problem with allowing this as long as said login messages are appropriate.
