Ability to have custom login messages as OPs

This has already been brought up a bunch of times but got denied as we were already working on adding new options / whole packs to buy.

• Last declined suggestion
• Community input request for message packs
• Suggestion to unlock custom message after getting all the packs

However, given that:

• we haven't gotten anywhere with the approved path
• players don't look interested in investing a lot of money for an uninteresting feature
• to get this expensive feature, players have to engage for a decent time in activities (events with prizes) and vote for the server on public lists, which would actually benefit the server and community

I vouch to make the login message system fully customisable, re-adjust the price accordingly and give OPs something really worth earning coins by being active members.

That also means admins will have the tools to moderate or punish whoever tries to be naughty.

If anyone's going through that to just break the rules with it then a staff member can just take it away from them.

I do vouch, but the character limit should be reduced from 100 to 50. You can have pretty spammy ones.

I Vouch, if the message is spammy or breaks rules, sanctions should be handed out as deemed fit. This is certainly better than the pretty lame 'message packs' that are currently available and would make the shop item actually worth purchasing as an OP.

Vouch for no character limit. It should be hard to obtain, and if someone is abusing it, it should be easy for admins to maybe temporarily or permanently revoke their permissions

I vouch, I don't see a reason not to. Its a feature which I've always liked. We had it temporarily removed from admin to have less incentive for being admin, but that was stupid, instead of giving it to everyone, no-one was allowed it apparently.
