This is a large collection of messages from the original Discord server, containing messages from February 2016 to July 2019.
The original Discord server was created by Ryan all the way back in early 2016. At the time, Skype was still a very popular way for admins to communicate with eachother. There used to be group chats full of admins where everybody would just hang out. As Discord became more prominent, the popularity of Skype declined quickly. The Discord server itself would evolve over time, with a NSFW channel existing (and then being removed) and at some point, a bridge between the Minecraft server and the Discord server was added (a key part of the server nowadays). Unfortunately, in October 2020 it was deleted by Seth alongside the server and both forums (ProBoards and Flarum).
