    cause the discord is registered so i feel like it is allowed then and i only send it to 4 people 2 staff member the 2 staff members are tizz and wxtermelon the other 2 are guild allies those are handunit and xPkz_

    the discord advertised already had a channel in the Discord, this was just advertising to some random people that didn't ask for it..


    I'm not against unbanning you already, but I'd like some input on this before making a decision (if it's even my decision to make as the banning staff member)

    If nobody else after me comes out and says that they were invited, his claim could be legit.

    just found out i send it to nick this was to get it on the tf discord so people would know to go there for my guilds discord and he is important in setting stuff up for discord

    ..but he didn't, he invited Ashaz, someone who didn't ask, to this discord server. It doesn't matter what word we use to call it (I never referred to it as cold calling, not sure why you think I did), the point is that it happened...


    Again I'm not against unbanning at this point but at the same time I'm not going to unban as it was 'false' given I even asked a few people on the mod team and they agreed with me on this.
