↩ @'wxtermelon' i don't see the point in filling out the format provided the screenshots contain the evidence. For a start, I couldn't find a format but looked through a few reports you made back in the day to guess what it was.

Who committed the offence: visible in the coreprotect lookup
Where the offence took place: visible in the coreprotect lookup
What that offence was: visible in the screenshot itself
Evidence: the entire screenshot

Just don't see the point in making someone write out information the screenshot already shows us. Also is there even an official format? If there is, it's rather hard to find.

Thanks for letting me know - I've filed a support ticket in the Discord now.

There is no official “template” for Player Conduct Reports. However, if you wish, you can always use something like the Indefinite Ban Request Template.

This is wrong. OPs can't file indefinite ban requests.
