Minecraft Launcher Update Issue

Whenever I try to update to the new launcher update, this message pops up. I've tried repairing it and I've even tried reinstalling it, I'm kind of out of ideas at this point and I'm not too sure what else there is for me to do. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
This has never happened so I don't know what to do.

↩  Tizz I've been using the old one for a pretty long time now. It usually updates just fine.

I tried using MultiMC, and this is what would output when trying to run the game

↩  Ivan I don't have any VPNs, I can get to websites just fine.
The only thing I can do right now is use MultiMC 1.16.5

↩  lyicx I am, but the only problem is that whenever I login I have to answer security questions (I recently changed my IP because of network provider switch) and I forgot them.
And the email I use is one that I forgot the password to, so I can't even login to it at all.
