The forum still links to the Forum Posting Guidelines in its API

    The forum's API endpoint (https://forum.totalfreedom.me/api) links to the now-unavailable Forum Posting Guidelines under the guidelinesUrl field. This field is used by the extension that handles reporting as part of the "report user" dialog box.

    The forum returns the link to the new and global Community Guidelines.

    Open the report dialog box. Hover over the "community guidelines" link.

    This should be a quick fix. All's needed is to go to the administration panel, open the settings for the "Flags" feature and update the "Community Guidelines URL".
