Despairingly Permanent Ban Appeal

    1. Minecraft name:
My name when I was perm-banned was "Despairingly" but I no longer own that username, and the name on that account is now Professionalize. I won't be playing on that account though, I'll probably be playing on name "ianndior"

    2. Discord username and discriminator (username#discriminator) (if any):
      crazy#0003

    3. Approximate date of indefinite ban:
      Some time mid-2019.

    4. Reason for indefinite ban. Please do not lie and try to be sincere and apologize as applicable:
I thought it was hella funny to crash the server every day, grief, and be an annoyance. I've chilled out a lot since then, I was 13 at the time, I'm now 16. I was permbanned for serial griefing/crashing/botting/bypassing. I just wanna build and just be able to play again because I miss the old community.

    5. Do you agree to follow our community guidelines (https://forum.totalfreedom.me/d/2961) and all the conditions stated above?
      Yes

  • Vouch.

Worth noting the player was just on the server, but I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt with dynamic IP addresses and account changes.

Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter.

  • I've came back a few times over the years just to check up on things, glad to see a lot of the community remains. I'm no longer a little menace minecraft griefing 13 year old though.

  • I vouch. However, there is something that could be considered misleading here:

You actually attacked the server more recently. If I recall correctly, you used spambots to attack the freedom server just a few months ago. Regardless, to me, it's been enough time anyway, I just want to provide context for other voters.

  • vouch, it's been long enough, and bypassing could easily have been accidental; also I certainly know how much I hate who I (17) was when I was 14.

    the old community

however, I went inactive in late 2018, and when I came back (Dec. 2020), there weren't that many people I still remembered, even less of whom were still staff (I presume it's also because inactivity): JJ_Jaguar2000 (-> _JagWire), videogamesm12, and mattlawn, so I'm not sure how much of "the old community" is still here

  • Vouch, however:

I propose to keep that account (this one?) banned by adding the online UUID and just unban any IP address matching the one you're going to use
