Not sure if this is placed in the correct secition, anyway if players, especially new ones, run /rules in freedom-01, there will be these problems:
- Section 0 was never added
- We now have new community guidelines so I think that's what should be shown
- The link to the full, old conduct policy is dead, as it's been moved to admins section for internal reference.

Code
As players keep telling new ones to do /rules, the new, simpler guidelines are easy to be missed. Even some active ones have admitted to not regularly visit the forum.
Also replacing chat flood with a book interface was approved, but I can't find the Jira ticket referenced.
