I am not comfortable with vouching only due to your previous track record. I can see your reasoning for a change in your character, but you also said you’d changed many times in the past.

It is apparent that your previous conduct is not welcome at all and I really do hope that we won’t see it again should this appeal be approved. I would be willing to vouch if you could provide me with an ultimatum, something to give me and other members a sense of security with your change.

Perhaps we can agree on the proposition that should you get banned again, you will leave the community for a longer amount of time? That way I can be in a better position to vouch knowing you have more to lose if you once again break our trust.

Denied, as you have probably known, this isn't your first time and most likely not your last. From what I recall, this is the 8th (or 9th) discord ban, and with that taken into consideration.

Your punishment will be longer than the previous ones with the reason being "multiple violations of the DCP including 2d, 2b, 2h and 3b" (Further Investigation will be required for the full list of semi-recent violations). Further discussions with the Discord Staff Team, giving second chances are for those that are willing to change their ways but in regards to your case, we're beyond that. I will be going against majority votes, as I have yet to see any good reason to excuse your past behaviour and welcome you back.

I should make it clear, that posting NSFW Content is one out of many reasons for your ban but it happens to be the one reason logged on our discord ban logs. Following the comment that I have made in your last appeal which I haven't changed my mind on and which was told by you that you were drunk while responding to my comment.

You have made many remarks about wanting to be banned and leave the server, I don't understand why you would violate our rules, say you wanted to get banned then a few weeks or months later you appeal says it was a mistake or some lame excuse.

Congratulations on your job, however, that will not give you a good-to-go passcard to an approved appeal.
